Anyway, for her style I used Ms. Jessie’s curling pudding. I think I’m a customer again. The first time I used it I didn’t like it….AT ALL! I paid almost $50.00 for the container and it left my hair soooo dry. Then I looked up a few blogs and a lot of people were having this same issue. They suggested that I buy another product to use with it. Uhm, I’m not paying $50.00 for a product that needs other products to make it work! Ok, enough of my rant….I heard that they changed their product and that it didn’t leave your hair dry. AND they had a smaller container for $22.00! NOW we can work it out!!

I washed her hair with Paul Mitchell’s Cleansing shampoo ( I do this once a month since I use a lot of product in her hair), followed up with Nexxus Botanical Shampoo, Deep conditioned with Motions CPR.
I used a wide tooth comb to detangle her hair. Trust me…detangling is SO necessary with natural hair! Then I sectioned her hair into four ponytails. Next, I sprayed her hair with a mixture of water, herbal essence “hello hydration” conditioner and setting lotion. I then separated her hair with my fingers (NO PARTS) and used a dab of Miss Jessie’s and Jojoba oil to seal the ends as I two-strand twisted her hair. Once all of the hair has been twisted, I used rolled her hair with rods. I only rolled it 2-3 times not all the way to the scalp. Wrapped it with a satin scarf and off to bed she went!
You can either wear this style twisted with little curls on the end or separate them for a fuller look.
When separating the hair, make sure that you have enough oil on your hands and fingertips to avoid frizziness.
